Crisp, floral and full of spring, named after the eighth-highest mountain on Earth.

A light, bright tea in the style of the prized first spring pickings, when the bushes wake after winter and the leaves are at their most fragrant.

Spring flowers and green apple lead into a brisk, clean finish. Brew a little cooler and shorter than a regular black tea, and skip the milk.

Tasting notes: Spring flowers, green apple, brisk finish
Pairs well with: Lemon tart, cucumber sandwiches

How to brew

  • Amount: 1 heaped teaspoon (2–3g) per 250ml cup
  • Water: 90–95°C
  • Steep: 3 min
  • Re-steeps: up to 2

Ingredients: Organic black tea.

Whole-leaf organic orthodox tea, bought direct from small growers all over Nepal and packed in small batches in Brisbane. 5% of every sale goes directly back to the growers. Net 100g / 3.5oz (about 40 cups).
